Ocala Auto Repair gave me honest, outstanding, A1/ 5 STAR service at a fair price. Brought my daughters 2012 Chevy Equinox with an electrical parasitic draw issue into Jason and team, which had previously been taken to a mechanic and a dealership for the same problem. The car is now working great with no battery drain issues. Very professional all around pleasurable experience and will continue to get my business in future. Truth!! These guys are fantastic! The service at Ocala is the best. Travis and Jason are very knowledgeable and precise in taking care of our cars. We only go to Ocala to have our cars serviced. They are the best!

After lengthy discussion with service manager and Travis's interjection the shop aligned my truck the way I wanted and it handles and steers very good. The service manager did charge me more than what was advertised on their electronic sign, but I hope to correct this on my next visit. Thumbs up to the alignment tech. Nice guy

Nice guy UPDATE: after an 8 hour trip today I found that after 2 years of a stabilitrac malfunction and warning light that the problem has been resolved, thanks to the excellent alignment done on my suburban by the alignment tech at Ocala auto repair. Thanks guys you made my day.

Thanks to all at Ocala Auto Repair, they did a super job fixing up our F-150, and thanks to Jason and Travis for keeping me informed of repair progress - Superior service!

Brought in a part to fix my window and they were able to install it for me. Checked my AC and let me know I have a leak, put some dye in it and recharged it. Also they let me know what else I needed to keep an eye on. Very nice and personable. Did not talk down to me like I was stupid. Very good experience.
