As an 83-year-old retired Catholic priest, I must admit that my knowledge of cars is quite limited, I always found dealership prices too steep for my budget, so I turned to the internet for help. That's when I discovered Ocala Auto Repair. After reading countless glowing reviews, I decided to pay them a visit. Upon arriving, I encountered a friendly customer in the parking lot who was full of praise for the staff. He confidently said, "I trust these people with my life." That sentiment struck a chord with me, and I made an appointment for an oil change and to address a concerning vibration in my car. From the moment I walked in, the staff at Ocala Auto Repair made me feel welcomed and valued. I spent my time in their lovely waiting room, enjoying complimentary coffee and free internet while they inspected my vehicle. To my surprise, they informed me that my tires were severely wornpractically driving on rims! They took the time to show me the damage, which I greatly appreciated. God was with me, with those tires I could have had a serious accident in addition to not only new tires but new wheels. When I left my car, I anticipated a huge unanticipated bill. However, I was later informed about the necessary repairs and, yes, the bill was higher than expected. Then came the hurricane. The team at Ocala Auto Repair took extra precautions by moving my car into their garage for safekeeping. Once the storm passed, they promptly got back to work and completed the repairs. Not only did they address the tires, but they also discovered several other issues I had overlooked, all of which they repaired with my approval. To my delight, the final bill was $250 less than I had initially feared. The professionalism, patience, and reasonable pricing of Ocala Auto Repair have left me thoroughly impressed. I think I messed up. I need to make sure my kids and my family have this info in case they need any work done…it’s just how to get it here! Great work! great attitudes! I thought it would be an estimate with a few days later of waiting on parts…nope! Found the problem, found the parts to fix the problem, still didn’t take up a full afternoon! And the quality, the work, the communication. All A+ all around. I cannot recommend enough. Thanks a lot guys!

Have been doing business with this fantastic team for a few years now. They have earned my trust so well that I took my 2022 Ram with just over 15,000 miles on it for it's third oil change. Had headlights changed also to LED.They also do restoration or modification to your vechile. Got a classic/antique vehicle? Talk to Frank. Need a paint job? They do that too. I highly recommend this business.
