GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT for TRAVIS! My son and I broke down on a very busy section of the turnpike traveling through Florida. My Google search lead me to Ocala Auto Repair. Travis worked me into the schedule and my car was towed there. Their team diagnosed the problem and honestly stated they could fix it, but would not be able to program it so it would be best to take my car to the dealer. Not only did they give up part of the business, they also towed my car the dealer since they could not complete the whole repair! This experience has been very stressful and Travis was kind, compassionate, honest,and provided excellent customer service

God was with me, with those tires I could have had a serious accident in addition to not only new tires but new wheels. When I left my car, I anticipated a huge unanticipated bill. However, I was later informed about the necessary repairs and, yes, the bill was higher than expected. Then came the hurricane. The team at Ocala Auto Repair took extra precautions by moving my car into their garage for safekeeping. Once the storm passed, they promptly got back to work and completed the repairs. Not only did they address the tires, but they also discovered several other issues I had overlooked, all of which they repaired with my approval. To my delight, the final bill was $250 less than I had initially feared. The professionalism, patience, and reasonable pricing of Ocala Auto Repair have left me thoroughly impressed.
