Took the car in for routine maintenance. It was very reasonable priced considering other wanted to charge almost $300-$400 more for the service it took longer than expected but quality work takes time. Thank you guys for getting my car back right for the road. Customer for life.

You would be hard pressed to find a nicer and more honest group of guys. I’m have taken multiple vehicles to Ocala Auto Repair and Travis has always been upfront with exactly what’s needed for the repair. They offer suggestions for other repairs what may be needed but I have never felt pressured to get more than the necessary repair. I’ll give you a good example. I recently brought my 2010 Avalanche in for an alignment and they discovered my tie rods were too worn to complete the alignment. Travis provided a quick and reasonable quote and they were able to get the parts and complete the job quickly! They do great work and they stay busy so call and schedule an appointment!

It's really hard these days to find trustworthy mechanics that won't take advantage of the elderly, or anyone not really mechanically inclined. After really bad experiences at 2 local dealerships that left us spending thousands and to only have the same problems or new ones, we found out that a mechanic we had previous dealings with was at this location, so we stopped in and started asking questions. Not only was the young man at the counter knowledgeable, he even brought in a tech to speak with me. Instead of speaking gibberish that the average person wouldn't understand, he plainly explained what we were experiencing, how they could fix someone else's mistakes, and a pretty close estimate of cost. After bringing the car in, I was stuck waiting with it, and after only a couple hours, I was driving off, smoothly and satisfied with the whole experience. This Is Our New Garage, hands down. I feel these guys are the most honest group in town and we will no longer trust our vehicles to anyone else. Thank you team for the best mechanic experience we've had in over a decade.

The man that greeted me was very nice gave me an estimation on the work that I needed done and I have an appointment this Wednesday to let him do the work. I can't highly recommend it as of yet until the work is done, but when checked a few other places I still felt more comfortable with them. I'm praying they stand up to their name that I've heard slot of great things about them. Btw it comes 3 year warranty so...... IJS😇 that's always a great thing!
