I am from out of town and had an A/C problem, I had a bad experience at another shop, where I waited 4 1/2 hours for the diagnostic and then a $2600. quote for the repair. I made an appt. with O.A.R. and they diagnosed my problem in 35 minutes and then fixed my A/C in the quoted 2 hours and saved me $1600. in the process!! I especially liked the sign out front that lists all their clients for the day under the heading "Todays VIPs" Really makes you feel appreciated. Based on my experience I totally recommend O.A.R. and especially for any out of towners who aren't sure where to go for service.
