I just called shop a few minutes ago, to get an appointment the check my car. First thing that i felt a little bit sad, is none one speak spanish at the shop. Even that i can speak english, i prefer to talk about this things in spanish. In Ocala there's a lot of latin people, please i recommend to get someone to speak spanish to help other who did not speak english. Anyway, the lady who answer the phone was very friendly even that she did not speak spanish, but she can't give an appointment sooner than next friday to make the first diagnostic check for $69.00. Even that i would like to leave my car there, because off the good reviews on the webpage, i have to call another place to get a sooner appointment, because i'm a little bit worry about the sounds in the front passenger wheel. !Hope to see you next time! Angel thank you for reaching out. We do have someone who speaks Spanish, when someone calls requesting that we have our Mechanic Kenny come up to speak with you. I'm sorry if that didn't happen when you called, Kenny may have been out that day. I wish we could have gotten you in sooner, every week is different and sometimes appointments have to be the following week. I hope you consider us next time you need service.
