Efficient service was provided by a highly skilled technician that explained the required repairs and associated cost. The front office staff does an excellent job of keeping in touch with the progress of the repairs and associated labor and materials charges. Very pleased overall.

GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT for TRAVIS! My son and I broke down on a very busy section of the turnpike traveling through Florida. My Google search lead me to Ocala Auto Repair. Travis worked me into the schedule and my car was towed there. Their team diagnosed the problem and honestly stated they could fix it, but would not be able to program it so it would be best to take my car to the dealer. Not only did they give up part of the business, they also towed my car the dealer since they could not complete the whole repair! This experience has been very stressful and Travis was kind, compassionate, honest,and provided excellent customer service
