A very pleasant experience vs past dealership service experiences. The bill reflected precisely the services I specified at a reasonable price, completed in a timely manner, while I sat in a quiet, comfortable waiting area. No hasseling, just good service.

I was a little disappointed that after the oil change it was leaking oil. Lucky I discovered it. Could have damaged my engine. They did fix it but just means they rushed the job. They had my car for a whole week. Also asked them to replace the head lights and they didnt do it. They did do the job when i came back.But my trust in them has waned and I just can't give them the big jobs that need to be done. They were nice about it so I'll give them that.

Your 2014 Equinox was brought in on March 24, 2025, at 4:00 PM. On March 25, we performed an oil change and assessed the body damage, subsequently providing the necessary documentation to assist you with your insurance claim. On March 27, at the direction of your insurance provider, you submitted photos of the damage, and on March 28, you retrieved your vehicle with the understanding that it would return the following week for headlight replacement and body repair. As discussed, we recommended combining the headlight replacement with the fender work to minimize cost, since the headlight would need to be removed during the repair process. At the time of pickup, we also informed you that the oil change would not be charged until all authorized work was completed. On April 1, you returned due to a small oil drip. Upon inspection, we found a manufacturer defect in the oil filter gasket. We replaced the filter immediately, topped off the oil, and ensured there was no further issue. You also informed us at that time that you would not be proceeding with the body repair, but still wished to move forward with the headlight replacement, which we completed. We are pleased we could address the issue promptly and are grateful for your recognition of the courtesy extended by our team. That said, we sincerely regret that the experience left you with diminished trust. I came in for tire/alignment issues, my spare was left in the bed of my truck, my tire warning light is still on, and for some reason the Bluetooth no longer works. I’ve been going to this shop for over two years, and had many great exchanges. But the past two times I’ve taken my truck in, It was not a good experience. I wouldn’t recommend.

In this case, a significant amount of items in your back seat prevented us from reaching the spare tire tool kit under the rear seat. For your convenience and safety, we placed the spare tire in the back of your Denali. –Tire Pressure Light: If your TPMS light came on afterward, a quick call would have allowed us to reset it or check for a sensor issue – we’re always happy to help. – Bluetooth: No part of your service—new tires, lower control arms, and alignment—involves the vehicle’s infotainment system. If the Bluetooth stopped working, it’s purely coincidental and unrelated to the mechanical work. We strive to treat all our customers with honesty and care, but we do recognize that sometimes outside factors can affect how an experience is perceived. This is a great shop with incredible owners, Collision Repair Technicians, and mechanics. I call them miracle workers because they have done body work on two of ours cars, some maintenance, and currently working on my daughter's Camaro. Someone hit my husband's Audi and you can't even tell it was ever in an accident after they fixed it. About a year ago, the paint on my driver's side passenger's door on my Infiniti was fading and they completely matched the paint with the rest of the car. Looks perfect and new, and even did a little extra touch up for free. They worked on my Infiniti a second time which in the pictures you can see the before and after pictures. If they would have replaced the fender it would have costed $2200 and less work for them. Instead they fixed the original fender for less than half and you can't even tell it was ever damaged! Like I said miracle workers! Thank you Ocala Auto Repair. I can't wait to see how my daughter's Camaro turns out!
