I can’t say enough nice things about Ocala Auto Repair, specifically Jason and Frank. I had a minor fender bender in my 2005 automobile. Because of the age of the car and the claimed difficulty in finding parts, my insurance company wanted to salvage the vehicle. I happen to love and take excellent care of this vehicle, so it was in wonderful shape, except for a dented fender, slightly crunched hood and broken headlight. I had taken it for an estimate to one of the big name auto repair places in Ocala and because my insurance company had marked it as a salvage, they refused to work on it. Through a bit of research I found Ocala Auto repair, and Jason immediately looked at the photos I emailed him and went to work on finding before market parts for my repair. He had them all lined up within a day (so much for the insurance company claiming it would be difficult to find parts). When I took the vehicle into the shop, both he and Frank (who does the body work) looked at the car and assured me that they could fix it as good as new. Since I was going to be out of town, I was not in a huge rush to get it back, but they got the work done promptly. I was shocked when I picked it up because it truly did look as good as new. I had absolutely no issues in getting the car through the inspection process with DMV to have the car retitled. It was quick and painless. Jason followed up with me and even reminded me to bring my car back in at the 30 day mark so that they could touch up any places that needed it and buff it out again as well. Jason’s communication is top-notch and he is a real asset to the company. I will definitely be using Ocala Repair for future repairs.
