First time visiting this location and being new to Ocala I can say from my first experience it was Veryyy pleasant and welcoming the staff was awesome polite and very understanding helpful to the fullest. They were very kind to my nieces that was with me they had goodies for them to snack on while we waited which they loved 🥰 and complementary coffee which is always a plus being that I’m Hispanic and love coffee . I would aswell like to thank them for there honesty they told me what was wrong and explained to me that what I was told at another location was totally unacceptable and wrong 🥰 they fixed what needed to be fixed and gave me a printout and a estimated price of future services that I am going to need done 🥰 . I Highly recommend them for any auto repairs u may need done it’s nice to see that there are still honest ppl in this world that aren’t out for ur money but love doing there job and continue to be honest 🙏 this will be my place to go as far as any of my cars to be serviced 🥰🙏. ONCE AGAIN THANK U so very much

The car definitely runs much better, stronger, smoother and the shaking at the steering wheel is gone. it was expensive, but what isn’t? I’m glad I had you do the work. The reason you’re not getting a 5 star review is because when I opened the hood the next day, this is what I saw! See photos. The Saturday before I brought my car in I had cleaned and I ArmorAll the engine. So after spending $943 I get back a filthy engine??? It would have only taken 5 minutes to clean the oil off. Which makes me hope the mechanic paid better attention to detail when he was working on my carb.

As a steady customer the guys at Ocala Auto continue to provide excellent customer service. Yesterday I had my front brakes replaced and they forgot to add labor cost of $148 on the original quote so they didn’t charge me and absorbed the cost themselves. Honestly and integrity is their motto. Thank you guys!

I brought my son’s car in to get the alternator put in. Very impressed . They even did a thorough system check to make sure it in fact was the alternator before I purchased it from autozone next door . They were very honest and affordable . The waiting room was amazing with coffee , phone charger station and tv while you wait. I will definitely be back for any other service I need done . I Highly recommend these guys. They were amazing .

The fellas there are absolutely wonderful and are extremely knowledgeable with regard to my 2016 Mini. I have gone to other foreign car repair shops in Lessburg and Ocala and by far they are the best. They really do care about their customers. They even called regarding to how my Mini was running. That's a first. No auto repair company in my 80 years has ever done that! Thank you Travis and staff!
